1. How do I create an account?

To create an alc.ca account you must be:

• 19 years of age or older
• a resident of and located in Atlantic Canada

You can create an account on alc.ca or on our mobile app by choosing Sign in or Create an Account on the top right.

We have to know who you are to pay you your winnings so you are required to enter accurate information during this process.  The best way to do that is to:

• enter the information as shown on a government-issued ID (i.e. driver’s license),
• make sure to include the PO box and/or postal code as part of your address.

2. My account is unverified, what do I do now?

We need more information from you to be able to verify your identity to play online.

Email us at info@alc.ca including:

• your full name
• your Government Picture ID with your address (eg. driver’s license or provincial ID-not expired)

 and we'll process your registration!

To speak with a representative, call us at 877-252-3287 with your:

• your Government Picture ID with your address  Or
• your Utility bill

and we'll help you through the rest!

3. Why do I need to set a weekly deposit limit and how do I do it?

Deposit Limit is a responsible gambling feature that you set for yourself to ensure that gambling stays fun.

ALC will not take this amount from your ALC Wallet. This simply allows you to control the amount of money that you can add to your wallet in a week.

You can update your deposit limit by visiting My Limits under My Account. 

• An increase to your deposit limit will take 24 hours
• A decrease to your deposit limit is immediate.

Helpful hint: The limit is set from Sundays to Saturdays so remember to set an amount that would cover all of your weekly purchases.

4. How do I fund my wallet to start playing?

We have several options to fund your wallet. Visit our funding page for more information.

When you’re signed in, the My Wallet is located under “My Account” (person icon on app) on the top right. Follow the instructions from there.

Helpful hint: Don’t wait until draw time to fund.

5. My funding failed and my deposit limit is reached. What do I do now?

If you attempt to add funds to your wallet and the transaction fails or times out, it could take up to 12 mins for your weekly deposit limit to reset and allow you to attempt the funding again.

You could get a message saying that you’ve exceeded your limit. After 6 minutes, try again.  

Helpful hint: Don’t wait until draw time to fund.

6. What if I forgot my password?

If you know the email address that you used to create your alc.ca account, select “Sign In” and choose Forgot your Password. 

Enter the email address that you originally used to create your alc.ca account and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

If you don’t remember or no longer have access to the original email address that you registered for an account with, don’t create a new account.

My Offers
 

How does “My Offers” work?

When offers that you are eligible for become available, you can find them on this page. You’ll be able to track your progress toward completing an offer and earning your promo cash. Once you’ve completed the offer, the promo cash will automatically be added to your wallet.

In your ‘Total Balance’ above, you’ll be able to see how much promo cash you have available to play with. To see all the promo cash you’ve earned, visit My Messages or Account History

Why don’t I see any offers on the ‘My Offers’ page?

You might not see any offers if there are no current offers or you have already participated in the current offers.

When you are eligible to participate in an offer, it will appear on this page. Check back regularly and watch your email for upcoming offers. If you are not currently signed up for our emails, visit My Profile to update your email settings.

Where did my offer go? How do I know if I received my promo cash?

Expired offers or offers that you've already earned will disappear from this page. If you’ve completed an offer, the promo cash will automatically be deposited into your wallet. To see a history of the promo cash you’ve earned, visit My Messages or Account History.

How will I know when there’s a new offer?

Come back and visit this page regularly and make sure you’re signed up for our emails to receive news about upcoming offers! Visit My Profile to update your email settings.

How will I receive the promo cash?

Once you’ve qualified for the promo cash, it will automatically be deposited into your wallet, it may take a few minutes to see your new balance.

What is promo cash?

Promo cash is a reward earned by exclusive offers on alc.ca. It can be used to play any games on alc.ca and is added to your available balance. Promo cash can’t be withdrawn from your ALC Wallet.

On the My Offers page, when you click on ‘Total Balance’, you will see how much in promo cash you have available in your total ALC wallet balance.
