If the total prize represents between $1,000 and $9,999, You must fill the Group Win Agreement form. You will need the information and all the signatures of the group members. If the total prize represents more than $10,000, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-561-3942. They will take your information and put you in contact with a representative from our Winners Team to verify how to claim your prize.
No, the prize will be paid to the trustee on behalf of the group. It is the group's responsibility to ensure the prize is then distributed properly to all its members.
The Group win agreement can be completed on multiple copies and returned to the trustee(s) to claim the prize.
When a “Group Play” ticket is presented for validation, if the ticket is a winner of a free ticket, the system is programmed to automatically print the free play with “Group Play” on it.
Atlantic Lottery's rules and regulations state that, "In the event of any dispute with regard to a prize, the Corporation may in the case of money prize, pay the money into Court or as directed by the Court and, in the case of any other prize, deliver the prize or evidence of entitlement thereto to the Court pending determination of the matter by a Court of competent jurisdiction."
